If you find them to be unsatisfactory, please contact us first as we may have you return them to another address. Any replacement will be handled promptly. Any refund will be debited to your credit card account or credited to your debit card account promptly. Any product that is damaged during shipping will be replaced. Any product damaged after receipt by you will be subject to inspection and possible denial of refund or replacement by us. The return policies are listed below by publisher/manufacturer. Personalized Bibles (a Bible engraved with your name) are non-returnable. We guarantee all Thompson® Chain-Reference® Bibles against manufacturing defects. Any defective product will be exchanged for a replacement. Thomas Nelson and Zondervan Regular-priced product is fully returnable from 90 days after invoice date and for as long as the item is in print. A restocking fee may be assessed. Out-of-Stock Indefinitely (O/S) items, all Super Saver-priced items, all gift items and all items specifically sold as nonreturnable are not returnable. We reserve the right to not issue credit and not ship back any ineligible items including other suppliers' product sent to us in error. Eligible returns MUST be shipped by a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx Ground, LTL carrier, etc.) Important: On the carton label and packing slip, make sure we know who you are including your account number. Multiple cartons must be marked 1 of __, 2 of __, etc. Returned items must be resalable (i.e. perfectly clean). Always include an invoice itemizing the return and making any pertinent notes about damages, defects, etc. so your return can be credited properly. There are no other warranties implied.Bible NT OT Shipping PolicyThe products we sell come from varying manufacturers and publishers. Their shipping and handling policies differ. Please check our "Bible NT OT Shipping Information" page. We will respond to each order with a confirmation e-mail. All credit and debit card orders should be shipped within 5 to 15 business days of the order receipt. We request our shippers to provide the most economical shipping method to send your order. If you elect to have an expedited order, which we provide as an option, the shipping charges will, of course, increase.
